Chris is an award winning Customer Contact Expert with over 20 years’ experience holding roles in Operations, Training and Support Functions. As Head of Service Insight at one of the UK’s largest energy firms he brought together Quality, Customer Feedback and Speech Analytics data to drive a true triangulated approach to Customer insight. In recent years he was responsible for developing a Best Practice programme for ‘The Forum’ a leading industry body where he created thought leadership, qualifications and accreditation programmes to drive professionalism within the Industry. In his current role he is focused on driving Operational Excellence across the eg solutions customer base, ensuring that they operate with a Best Practice mentality whilst taking a sustainable approach to change to truly drive an improved operational performance.
